Crew management
Smooth day-to-day operations and complete vessel safety are hallmarks of a highly qualified and trained crew. We at Arcadia recruit, train, develop, and deploy the best seafarers for your vessel and offer your fleet a perfect alliance of crew with impeccable skill sets and expertise.
To ensure the high standard and maximum performance, we maintain the pool of highly qualified, utterly motivated, loyal, and fiercely dedicated crew members who smoothly cope up with dynamic international regulations. To secure the maximum output and adept crew line, we conduct regular in-house training and ensure that our crew meets STCW, Flag State, and MLC requirements. We also elaborate our cadet programs to nurture our maritime talents, accurately maintain personnel file records and databases, conduct active appraisals and monitor retention figures.
Our main objective is to deal with seamless crew management operations by reducing operational costs and expanding world-class deliveries.
Technical Management
Our experienced Technical team ensures that fleet vessels are always maintained to globally acceptable benchmarks. This makes it very easy for our partners to meet compliance requirements as per the statutory maritime conventions.
Arcadia has a diversified technical team of superintendents and purchasers per group of vessels which are supervised by a Fleet Manager, who look after the proper maintenance, repairs, surveys and supply of spares provisions of each vessel. Superintendents monitor the performance and condition of the vessels by both routine reports and frequent onboard visits and inspections.
Vessels undergo scheduled dry-dockings, which are meticulously planned in consultation with the vessels’ crew, who propose suggestions for improvement and upgrades to existing systems.
Plan Maintenance System: a customized software tracks the inspection and maintenance works of the vessel which are closely monitored by the shore management to maintain the vessels in optimum condition.
Vigilant oversight and timely maintenance ensures the tradeability and flexibility for fleet vessels and can be effortlessly employed in any part of the world.
At Arcadia, we ensure our clients of:
- An effective planned maintenance system.

Marine Management
We integrate our marine knowledge with industrial expertise to provide cutting-edge technologies and highly competent and skilled staff.
We continuously monitor the performance and maintain the highest standards both onboard and ashore. To master the ship handling skills, we train our officers on large vessels, including VLCC, to flexibly perform in high tidal ranges and other navigational limitations.
To keep up with the plethora of regulations governing marine transportation industry, the HSSEQ and Marine departments work together to ensure that the fleet meets the predetermined criteria. Using tools for continual improvement like internal audits, share of information regarding investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, hazardous occurrences/near misses, vessel safety committee meetings, risk assessment and management of change, they insure that our clients receive high quality services with the less possible negative impact on personnel safety, health and the protection of the environment.
To ensure the maximum safety measures for our clients, our team of highly qualified, trained, and committed personnel, including senior management team members, is always ready to handle any situation while protecting the environment.
